Return Policy for Minifigs.Shop
1. Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the minifigures must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
3. Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at minifigs.shop@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
- Once your return is authorized, you'll receive instructions on how to return your item.
4. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
5. Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at minifigs.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

- Sale items
8. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at minifigs.shop@gmail.com.
